JOBS FOR MILITARY
Professional Placement for Junior Military Officers
and Technical military personnel
Junior Military Officers are proven leaders who have usually earned a scholarship at a Service Academy or through an ROTC program. They are separating after their first or second obligation and have anywhere from four to ten years experience in a demanding environment. Many have deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan and have worked in foreign environments with people from all walks of life. Often these young leaders can easily transition to career management programs in manufacturing, sales and marketing, or engineering and information technology. They quickly adapt to any situation as they certainly have had to do in the military. Each service has both technical and non technical training that give these Officers experience not found in their civilian counterparts.
The military technician can provide direct industry experience to augment your manufacturing or IT teams with excellent training and leadership. Often, at a very young age, military techs are given superior training and leadership opportunities. They have worked under adverse conditions at sea and in the field and are very used to long hours, shift work, a “Whatever it takes” attitude to get things done.
Senior Military Talent is a specialty of RLA. Bob Larned is a retired Navy Captain and has many contacts in the senior ranks and in the Defense industry. Senior Military Officers can provide a proven track record of leadership and an inside knowledge of doing business with the military or government. They understand the federal acquisition process and have a vast network not only in the military but also with various government agencies. |
